BKS TRADELINE - CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES & DELIVERY INFO 2021
All of us at BKS would like to wish you a Merry Christmas, thank you for your continued custom over the last year. This has been a difficult year for everybody, but we hope that everyone has a fantastic Christmas and a safe and prosperous 2022!
As the Christmas rush has already started we would recommend you to place any orders that you require as early as possible to guarantee that you get the order the next day, as we operate on first come first served basis. In busy periods we can’t always complete all orders placed that day. We hope you understand this and we shall do our best.
During the month of December, due to the huge number of deliveries being made, our courier can no longer guarantee next day delivery, although all efforts will be made to do so. Please remember that due to the increase in online sales these past 2 years in particular, that delays are likely to occur and are beyond our control. We would recommend upgrading your postage to a pre-noon service charged at the following rates:
PRE-NOON: £11.50 (£5.00 if free delivery is met) Please select this service on the website when checking out. Please note this option is not available for all Post Codes.
Orders placed with this postage upgrade will be given priority shipping with our courier making it the easiest way to get next day delivery, however DHL are not making any guarantees due to the sheer volume of parcels. These options will replace regular delivery prices and are not in addition. All prices are excluding VAT.

Thursday December 23rd will be the last day for normal delivery. All orders sent out on the 23rd should be received on Friday 24th. Please be aware though that if there are any delays these orders will not be received until Wednesday 29th.

Tuesday 28th December: LIMITED OPENING – NO COLLECTION (08:30 – 16:30)
Wednesday 29th December: LIMITED OPENING (08:30 – 16:30)
Thursday 30th December: LIMITED OPENING (08:30 – 16:00)
Friday 31st January: LIMITED OPENING – NO COLLECTION (08:30 – 16:30)
Monday 3rd January: OPEN AS USUAL – NO COLLECTION
Tuesday 4th January: OPEN AS USUAL
Days where there is “No Collection” – we will still be processing and booking out orders, they will just be sent on the next available collection date.
Please note that during limited opening days we will not be operating a full service due to limited staff. All orders placed over these days will be completed on a first come first serve basis as quickly as we can. We recommend as many orders as possible are placed via the website rather than by phone as our phone lines will NOT BE FULLY MANNED.

As we are closed for a few days, the first week of January will be very busy, so we cannot guarantee to complete all orders on the day they are placed, though we will try our best. There may also be a delay in processing items sent back to us due to the higher volume of orders.
