Delivery & Terms

Delivery Information

Here at BKS, we ship orders worldwide. The majority of our orders are despatched on the same working day as the order is placed, if this is not possible then it is despatched the next working day, all orders are picked and ready to send within 24 hours (subject to payment).

We send all box orders via Next Day courier who have depots all over the country. The orders are sent overnight ensuring you receive the parcel the next working day before 4pm (this excludes bank holidays). Please note that although we book all deliveries on a next day service this cannot always be guaranteed due to delays beyond our control, especially during peak times of year such as Christmas.

We recommend placing orders before 12pm to ensure the best chance at getting sent the same day. We always operate on a first come, first serve basis. This does not GUARANTEE your order will be ready to ship the same day, it entirely depends on how busy we are. As we always prioritise orders on a first come, first serve basis it will not always be possible to get your order picked before the next working day.

If you have any special delivery requests i.e. to leave the parcel with a neighbouring shop then please make sure to contact us directly so that we can add them to your order.

Drop Shipping:

Unfortunately we do not offer drop shipping at this time, we only delivery direct to yourselves. If you need an alternative address such as your home or alternative store etc, we are more than happy to help. However we do not drop straight to your customers.


Tracking Your Parcel:


When your parcel is booked you will receive a tracking email or text (as long as you have provided us with this information), which will allow you to edit your delivery as you would like.

Delivery Costs

We are now using DPD & DHL for all UK deliveries

DPD is our standard UK Courier, but we may use DHL for some additional services such as Northern Ireland

We offer free delivery* on all orders over £250+ VAT (Zone A/B Only).

We offer free delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands/Isles (Zone C/D) on all orders over £750+ VAT

Pre-Ordered Items Cannot be used to secure free delivery on exisiting orders.



ZONE A/B: £6.50 (+VAT) (Next Day)

ZONE C (Including Northern Ireland): £10.00 (+VAT)

ZONE D: £18.00 (+VAT)


Deliveries to Europe / the rest of the world will be quoted on a per order basis depending on size and weight. We never charge more for delivery than what it costs us, this is because we believe this is unethical.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available upon request, please select it at the checkout. If you would like to upgrade to Saturday delivery but have not selected it at the checkout please call or email us and we can add this for you.

This is priced at £11.50 (+VAT) as an all day service. If you qualify for free delivery, upgrading to Saturday costs an extra £5.00 (+VAT). Saturday service is only available in Zone A/B at this time.

Pre Noon Delivery

Pre-noon delivery is also available on all orders at the following cost: £11.50 (+VAT) (+£5.00 on Free Delivery)

Prices in brackets are extra on top of our free delivery for orders which meet the criteria, and this amount is payable on all/any orders you wish to upgrade for pre-noon service. Orders placed with this postage upgrade will be given priority with our courier making it the easiest way to guarantee next day delivery. These options will replace regular delivery prices and are not in addition. All prices are excluding VAT.

Pre-noon services are currently only available in Zone A/B

Please note for many large orders we will ship via a pallet for ease of delivery and to eliminate damaged stock. We use a select network of providers for this service.

Discounts & Delivery Charges

BKS Reserve the right to charge delivery on orders that have been heavily discounted, even after meeting our standard free delivery threshold. For example customers that recieve custom prices, large discounts or orders that are comprised of exclusively sale products.

Brexit & International Shipping Changes

As the UK is no longer part of the EU you will not be able to benefit from 0% or reduced VAT rates for import duty, tax and any other applicable fees.

It is important that you understand the relationship of your country and the UK in regards to VAT, Imports and anywhere else that isn't the EU. These fees will always now be applicable on ALL orders leaving the UK. We will not charge VAT on outgoing orders, but the governing body in your country will be solely responsible for the taxes and import duty placed on all orders sent from the UK to your location.

All Orders outside the UK are done on a FOB basis ( Freight on Board ) which means any costs that incur after we hand over to our shipper lies solely on the customer (Importer) in their country of origin.

If any shipments are rejected by you (the importer) for tax reasons, and the orders are destroyed or seized by customs then we cannot issue a refund. If orders are rejected and sent back to us, then our standard 10% restocking fee will apply to reimburse the cost of picking, packing & exporting on our end before any refund can be applied.

Restricted International Products

Because of increased levels of restrictions in regards to international shipments, we are finding it increasingly difficult to find couriers that are willing to transport dangerous goods, such as (but not limited to);

  • Batteries
  • Lighters
  • Gas
  • Certain Liquids
  • CBD
Because of these restrictions, we may be unable to supply certain products to Southern Ireland, EU & International Orders. WE WILL CONTACT YOU if this issue arises with your order to see if we can arrange an alternative method of shipping, or remove the offending items from your order if required.

Please be aware as stated above, if any shipments are destroyed or seized by customs then we cannot issue a refund. If orders are rejected and sent back to us, then our standard 10% restocking fee will apply to reimburse the cost of picking, packing & exporting on our end before any refund can be applied. It is your responsibility to check if the products we sell are allowed to be imported into your country.

Terms of Sale & Trading

We supply strictly trade only. If we suspect orders to be for personal use we reserve the right to refuse supply & we may ask for additional proof of trading (VAT no, Company No etc)

Hours of trading are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. We are open on most Bank Holidays, although our couriers do not collect on these days, we will be open to pick your orders. Christmas and New Year hours are posted every year as they are subject to change.

  • When an order is placed & then cancelled BKS Tradeline reserves the right to charge a restocking charge of 10% if the box has already been packed for shipping


We do not offer credit terms but we do accept most major credit/debit cards or bank transfer. The first few orders by new customers MUST be paid by bank transfer for security reasons, card payments may be available in the future at our discretion once a buying pattern has been established.

By agreeing to our terms, you are also giving permission for us to add you to our mailing list so that we can keep you up to date with offers and new products. You can unsubscribe from this at any time via a link at the bottom of every promotional email.

Our minimum order is around £250 (excl VAT)

All international payments must be paid by bank transfer in GBP ONLY (we cannot accept any other currencies at this time). Any additional charges made by your bank will need to be paid by yourselves. All EU customers are required to provide a valid VAT number or standard UK VAT will need to be charged.

All breakages/shortages to be advised within 3 days of delivery. No claims can be made after this time. Proof of breakages are required via email with photo evidence for our records. This is because we have a limited time to make a claim for breakages with our courier. If your parcel arrives damaged please make sure to sign for it as damaged upon receipt to make this easier for ourselves to make a claim.

All prices are excluding VAT (current rate)

We record all telephone calls for quality & training purposes.

If the item requested is out of stock and a substitue is requested, an alternative can be chosen at our discretion as close to the value as possible. Please be aware these may vary slightly to the original item ordered.


By placing an order with us at BKS, you are agreeing to the terms stated on this webpage. Any changes that you request are made to your order after it is placed will be done if notified immediately, however if the order is packed and you have received your final invoice, the changes will be at the discretion of BKS and may incur restocking fees as stated above.

Any payments sent to us in error will be credited to the customers account to be used on their next order. If you want the money returned to your account, this may incur administration/banking fees.
